Data Protection

The information that your school supplies for the Food for Life Partnership Mark will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This means that it will not be passed to a third party without prior consent. The Food for Life Partnership would like to use the information that your school supplies for the purposes of monitoring, review and evaluation. The Partnership is being evaluated by a research team from the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol and Cardiff University. Guidance outlined within the Revised Ethical Guidelines for Educational Research (BERA 2004) informs all aspects of the evaluation. The evaluation project manager, Judy Orme, Director of the Centre for Public Health Research, UWE, is legal custodian of data accessed for evaluation. UWE's Data Protection registration number is Z6686621
