Schools: Important information about logging into our new site
If your school is already enrolled in the Food for Life Partnership we will need to ask you to reset your password the first time you log into our new website. This is because we cannot transfer passwords from our old site without compromising security which is important to both us and you! We therefore hope you understand why it's necessary to ask you to take a little extra time to go through this process. You will only need to do this once.
How do I reset my password?
Simply go to the main school log in page, and click on the link to 'recover forgotten password'. This will prompt you to enter either an email address or your school URN. You will then be sent an email with link and instructions to reset your password.
The email address you need will be the one used to originally enrol your school. If you enter your URN the link will be sent to this email. If you are at all unsure of this email please try your school administration email or if you have one, a generic headteacher email. If these return an 'email not found' message, please contact our advice line on 0117 314 5180 who will be able to help.
If you were mid-way through your application
If your school was part way through an application which you either started or updated since the 1st January (or older, and you advised us that you would like to continue) we are currently working to transfer your application and will have this completed very soon. We will email you to let you know when this has been completed so you can log in and check your progress.
