COOK SCHOOL Fresh
For Roast Dinner Day, we are delighted that our colleagues at Focus on Food have created some special recipes for you to try out with your friends and family at home, using their COOK SCHOOL fresh application.This is a free tool for teaching cooking designed to help promote, encourage and support the development of cooking skills.
The first two recipes are Butternut Squash and Red Pepper Soup and Roasted Vegetable Lasagne and additional recipes will be made available in the run up to the 20th November.
Go to the website now, dowload them and give them a go with your family and friends. There are loads of other resources there, you can even download the COOK SCHOOL fresh as a Android or iPhone app.

It's the second week in our run up to Roast Dinner Day, and our friends at Focus on Food are all about apples with this delicious, seasonal Parsnip and Apple Soup recipe. We hope you give it a try and let us know how it tastes!
