Watt's Farm

Location: Lone Barn Farm, E Hall Rd, Orpington Postcode: BR5 4EZ

Watt's Farm is an amalgamation of several smaller farms growing some arable crops but primarily baby leaf, vegetables and herbs for the London market. They have extensive polytunnels and a packing facility on the Lon Barn Farm site which pupils can llok around.

The farm sends at least 2 trucks into London everyday to supply restaurants etc. The farm notably has become one of the first UK producers of basil which is usually imported.
