Roast Dinner Day
After the whopping success of last year’s Roast Dinner Day, you are invited to take part in a second Roast Dinner Day on the 12 October. To take part, all schools have to do is serve a roast dinner and invite parents and the local community in to enjoy the meal. Check out these Roast Dinner Day recipes, poster and growing tips to make sure those vegetables are ready to harvest and serve on the day!
The first 200 schools to sign up will receive 10 free garden trowels and two packets of seeds courtesy of Harfield Tableware. Email Natasha Moseley, our events officer, if you would like to be involved: nmoseley@soilassociation.org
