Tick off Bronze, Silver and Gold... If your caterer has the Food for Life Catering Mark

 15 February 2011 – If your caterer has the Food for Life Bronze, Silver or Gold Catering Mark, you can tick off MOST if not ALL of the Food Quality and Provenance criteria for the corresponding award.

 Criteria

• If your caterer has the Bronze Catering Mark, tick off SIX criteria for Bronze.
– Only one more to go: A member of our catering staff has been encouraged to get involved in food education activities.
• If your caterer has the Silver Catering Mark, tick off ALL criteria for Silver.
• If your caterer has Gold Catering Mark, tick off ALL criteria for Gold.
