Join us to find out about innovative ways of studying food, farming and the countryside for all Key Stages and using your local land based college, facilities and expertise. Those interested in the new Land based and Environment Diploma are especially welcome. Chippenham Food Festival

A food festival to raise money for a trip to Tanzania to build a school and aid communities out there, putting Chippenham on the culinary map in the process! It looks set to be massive; TV Chef Peter Vaughan will be putting on some cookery demonstrations, there will be a food auction and there will be lots of lovely food to try - Entry only £3 adults £2 children
Developing Sustainable Food & Farming Education - Free CPD Day

The day will be exploring the links between food and farming and the curriculum, and help bring your curriculum to life with practical classroom and farm-based activities. There will be opportunities to learn about the practicalities of setting up a farm link with regional farms. This day is suitable for primary teachers, secondary teachers and curriculum governors and is open to all schools. Please note: Max of two people per school.
