Our Development Team work closely with local authorities, public health teams and Clinical Commissioning groups to develop and support Food for Life programme in local areas.

Ian also has regional responsibility for commissioned opportunities in north England, Midlands, the east and London. Ian also leads development of all national Food for Life programmes, plus has overall responsibility for Food for Life Served Here.

The Green Kitchen Standard (GKS) is a new scheme developed in partnership with the Carbon Trust. Liz works with caterers across various sectors to help them achieve the Standard and become more energy, water and waste efficient.

Sarah coordinates the Soil Association’s Food for Life Catering Mark certification scheme in Scotland. This involves working with both public and private sector food providers across Scotland to develop their food offering to include more sustainable, local, fresh and healthy food.
