Wind TurbineSheffield Teaching Hospital achieved the standard in 2017. They created a voluntary team of 11 sustainability champions who have been trained on food waste reduction, recycling and energy management. 

School

Caterlink acheived the standard in 2017 for their schools across Islington. Caterlink were strong within the environmental management and policies, and targets section of the Green Kitchen Standard.

RecyclingThe Freeman Hospital in Newcastle hold the Green Kitchen Standard as well as a Food for Life Served Here award. They were keen to show their commitment to sustainability, save money and achieve recognition for their work.

BuildingAramark at the University of Westminster achieved Green Kitchen Standard in 2018. By working in collaboration with teams across the university they ensured sustainability is not an optional extra but an integral part of their operations.
