Our hospitals consultancy is a bespoke service working with you and your teams, sharing our expertise and experience of working across over 70 hospitals, trusts, Health Boards and at policy level to support service improvement and compliance in areas unique to you.
Some examples of our consultancy work with multi-disciplinary teams in NHS trusts and with others include:
  • Developing and refreshing food and drink strategies
  • Service reviews, including co-design of service improvements
  • Reviewing foodservices tenders
  • Reviewing retail services for staff health and wellbeing, including CQUIN audits
  • Staff, patient and visitor consultations on foodservices
  • Bespoke training including: supporting implementation of ‘eating together’ on wards, ‘Care to Cook’ training for domiciliary care workers, and training on setting up farmers markets
  • Education and speaking opportunities 


As a charity we keep our costs competitive. Our bespoke consultancy is at a day rate of £495 + VAT and travel costs as required
