I love cooking and helping others to improve their confidence and skills with ingredients that are good for them and the planet.
I have a real passion for good food, cooking and keeping healthy, everything that Food for Life is about! I love delivering practical elements of training to teachers and seeing the buzz in the room.
I love delivering face to face training, inspiring teachers to make connections between the environment, farming, food and health, for them to then inspire their pupils.
