Plant and Share and Cook and Share we born from our National Lottery funded programme the Food for Life Get Togethers.
In the three years they ran as part of the Get Togethers we had over 150,000 participants from community groups across the nation.
Now a core part of our full Food for Life programme, we’ve invited schools, caterers, families and individuals to be part of our growing movement.
You can join in as much or as little as you like. From downloading a recipe to organising your own Cook and Share or Plant and Share event, we have a whole host of ideas, activities and resources written by our professional team to help you get started.
These campaigns are a great way for settings enrolled with us to work through the Food for Life Awards criteria

Individuals and families can enjoy lots of simple ideas, tips and recipes to engage even the most reluctant cook or gardener!
