Set on a bustling estate in north Sheffield you could be forgiven for missing the entrance to The Furnival, a small community-based charity nestled in amongst high rise flats and shops with security mesh at windows, run by Julie D’souza Walsh. 

During the pandemic Susie Jenner began to volunteer at the Hornbeam in Waltham Forest. The Hornbeam is a wonderful place, a beacon of hope and light and this was especially true during the Covid Pandemic. 

When we caught up with Jade, a nutritionist from Derry, Northern Ireland she is in her office and studio in the heart of the city. A busy business owner, Jade created Restore Nutrition after studying in London at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

A lively network of more than 50 Early Years settings came together on October 4th to explore routes to sustaining healthy and sustainable menus while costs rise.
